Our story
From a local contractor to a name clients recommend.
We started in 2011 as Sahm Al-Fadaa Contracting, and quickly earned a reputation for integrity, quality, dependable service and meticulous attention to detail.
The company was later relaunched as Al-Kass Fitout Building Construction & Maintenance under Engineer Amr Shihab and Mr. Mohamed Kais Ben Khalifa, who bring more than 25 years of combined experience across construction sectors.
Today, much of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals. We're known for taking on complex projects and delivering them with care — creating real value for our clients, our people and the wider community.

General Manager
Eng. Amr Shihab
A civil engineer with extensive experience managing and delivering engineering and construction projects. Before Al-Kass, he served as Project Manager at Al-Darwish Company, overseeing projects in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia — leading teams, supervising execution, coordinating stakeholders and keeping work to specification and schedule.

Mohamed Kais Ben Khalifa
A business and management graduate who leads the company's administrative operations. He sets and monitors administrative procedures, coordinates internal operations and supports executive management — keeping the business efficient, organised and ready to grow.
